These have been real work horses. We've built dozens of variations over the years and have got it down to a science. One thing you may notice is that we use Star Linear Module components for almost all of our motion requirements. We have found these German products offer good value and hold up better then most. Stars' ability to deliver products at exacting tolerances is exceptional. Another reason we often use the modular approach in building these systems is it's easier for the customer to service and repair them. The sub-assemblies are readily available and they hold their tolerances well as a unit. We can also provide a variety of "end effectors"... routers, lasers, water jets, powered screw drivers, hot wire, force probe, and others. We'll provide location pins for your fixturing and add any bells, whistles, and software features desired. Each system is electrically integrated to UL508 standards.
