Motion Control systems Overhead painting Systems (Class 1, Div 1) These systems were developed specifically to apply a precisely controlled layer of paint on instrument panels. That way a subsequent laser character etching procedure can remove the correct amount of dark upper coat so the lighter coat below will allow a calibrated luminosity to pass through from a back light. We have developed these systems for most of the avionics light plate manufactures in the Seattle area. One of our customers has also used this approach to supply the automotive industry with instrumentation panels. |
