Electrical Panel Design & Fabrication by Motion Control Systems

Motion Control Systems is an ETL certified facility. Our electrical control panels are built to meet the requirements of your project using UL/CSA/CE certified components.

Our attention to detail is one quality you will always notice. AC control and DC signal wiring are isolated whenever possible to prevent coupling. In addition, all wiring is labeled and/or color coded for quick identification.

Crimp ferrules and spade lugs are always used for secure wire termination's and ease of maintenance. These are just a few of the steps taken to provide a high quality product.

The 13 axis of control is provided by our MCS-2000 industrial PC (located in the upper right corner), hosting 2 DSP based servo controller boards.

This control panel supports a typical 3 axis servo system that is used in our Gantry Routers, Pick & Place systems, and Button Testers.
